Frequently Asked Questions
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the flag icon on any prayer request card to report it. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action.
How do I block a user?
Tap the person icon on any prayer card to block that user. Blocked users' content will no longer appear in your feed.
How do I restore my subscription?
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used when you originally subscribed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → HeardPrayer → Cancel Subscription.
What is the age requirement?
You must be 13 years or older to use HeardPrayer. Users under 18 should have parental permission before creating an account.
Is my prayer content private?
Prayer requests are shared with the HeardPrayer community so others can pray for you. Voice prayers are delivered privately only to the person who requested prayer. Read our full

Community Guidelines
HeardPrayer is a sacred space. We expect all users to:
- Post sincere prayer requests only
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Not post spam, hate speech, or harmful content
- Not solicit money or personal information from other users
- Report content that violates these guidelines using the in-app flag button
Violations are reviewed within 24 hours. Accounts that repeatedly violate guidelines will be suspended.
