By downloading or using HeardPrayer, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the HeardPrayer mobile application ("the App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Description of Service

HeardPrayer is a prayer community platform where users can post prayer requests and pray for others through written or voice prayers. The App is intended for users 13 years of age and older.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use HeardPrayer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By posting content, you grant HeardPrayer a limited license to display and distribute that content within the App. You agree not to post content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any applicable law.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

HeardPrayer offers in-app purchases including a monthly subscription ("Unlimited") at $4.99/month and individual voice prayer credits. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards. Users may report content through the in-app reporting feature. Contact us at support@heardprayer.com for moderation concerns.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your data. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

8. Disclaimer

HeardPrayer is a community platform and does not provide religious, medical, legal, or professional advice. Content posted by users represents their personal views and not those of HeardPrayer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeardPrayer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
